Psychedelic Integration

These sessions can be prior to a planned experience or journey to help one prepare and/or post experience to integrate and synthesize what came up during an experience while using psychedelic medicines.

prior to a planned experience to help one prepare, and/or post experience to integrate and synthesize what came up during an experience while using psychedelic medicines. Integration is the process of exploring and sharing challenges and insights that arise during psychedelic experiences. Integration provides guidance, understanding, and processing of information that allows one to make meaning and increase the potential for lasting transformation. If you are struggling with a challenging psychedelic experience you’ve already had, integration with a professional can be critical in processing the experience into healthier insights and implementing gained insights into your daily life.
